1. Clean the Air

The air can be very harmful to your child’s health. When you bring them outside, they breathe all the germs in the air. They can also breathe in any allergens that are floating around. This could lead to asthma attacks or other health problems.

2. Don’t worry if your baby does not take to breast milk as soon as it is given to them. Breastfeeding should be done at the hospital by a nurse who will be trained to give the best care to the mother and baby. They will make sure they have the right amount of time, that your baby is getting enough fluids, that the baby is being kept warm, and will make sure that any medications that you might be on are okay with breastfeeding. 4. Make sure you are getting enough sleep. During your pregnancy, you will be going through some hormonal changes that can affect you sleep cycle. If you need to get a lot of sleep because of this, that is fine and will help you recover after birth. Make sure you keep up on your sleep.
